Installation

Install the free plugin, choose what to scan and, if you need it, add Pro.

Install Content Polisher

  1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New, search for Content Polisher, click Install Now, then Activate.
Or download the ZIP from WordPress.org and upload it in Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  2. Content Polisher asks whether you want to opt in to security and feature notifications and to share basic diagnostic data with Freemius, the service that handles Pro licenses. Choose Allow & Continue or Skip — the plugin works exactly the same either way. Your post content is never sent.
  3. Open Content Polisher → Settings to choose the post types and the language (see Settings). The defaults — posts and pages, automatic language — suit most sites.
  4. Go to Content Polisher and click Scan Website.

Install Content Polisher Pro

Pro is an add-on: it needs the free plugin to be installed and active.

From inside WordPress

  1. Open Content Polisher → Add-Ons and click View details on Content Polisher Pro.
  2. Buy a license or start the free trial. Pro is downloaded, installed and activated for you.

From the website

  1. Buy Pro on the pricing page. You receive an e-mail with your license key and a download link.
  2. Upload the content-polisher-pro ZIP in Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it.
  3. Enter your license key when asked.

Keep Content Polisher active. While it is inactive, Pro does nothing and shows a notice — nothing breaks and your Pro settings are kept.

Uninstalling

Deleting Content Polisher removes its settings. Scan results and the change history (including the backups used for undo) are removed only if you enabled Delete all data in Settings → Advanced. Your posts are never deleted. Pro's own data — AI settings and cached answers — is removed only when Pro itself is deleted.
