If Content Polisher Pro does not work on your site because of a bug or a technical problem, and we cannot resolve it, you get a full refund when you ask within 14 days of the purchase.
How to ask
Write to support@contentpolisher.com from the e-mail address used for the purchase, describe the problem and include your WordPress, PHP and plugin versions. We will try to fix it first; if we cannot, we refund you through Freemius, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Not covered
- Requests after the 14-day period.
- Renewals you forgot to cancel — but write to us within a few days of the renewal and we will usually help.
- A feature you expected that is not described on this site or in the documentation. The 14-day free trial is the best way to check that Pro fits your needs.
- Costs charged by AI providers for your own API usage.

Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all. You receive a reminder e-mail two days before the trial ends.
