Pricing questions
What happens when my license expires?
Pro keeps working. You stop receiving updates until you renew. Nothing is locked and your settings, history and fixes stay as they are.
Does the license renew automatically?
Yes, yearly, at the same price. You can cancel automatic renewal anytime from your Freemius account or from Content Polisher → Account in WordPress.
How does the free trial work?
You get all Pro features for 14 days. A card or PayPal account is needed to start the trial; you are charged only if you do not cancel before it ends, and you get an e-mail reminder two days before.
Are AI requests included?
AI proofreading uses your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key, so you pay the provider directly at their rates — usually a few cents per post or less, depending on the model. A daily request limit in the settings protects you from unexpected bills.
Can I move my license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the old site (Content Polisher → Account) and activate it on the new one. Local and staging sites on localhost do not count toward your site limit.
Can I upgrade from 1 site to 5 or 25?
Yes, from your account or from Content Polisher → Account in WordPress.
Who processes the payment?
Freemius, Inc. acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it processes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT and sends the invoice.
